From West Africa to the World

Rooted in the rich culture of West Africa, a place where storytelling, community, and deep-rooted faith shaped who she is. Lola grew up knowing she was called to something greater. From an early age, friends and family sought her out for guidance, encouragement, and a steady presence. What felt natural then, she now recognizes as the spark of her life’s calling.

Years later, Lola made the courageous leap to the United States, a journey filled with uncertainty, growth, and undeniable transformation. It was in that season of challenge and change that she truly discovered what it means to live with purpose, lead with impact, and grow through faith.

Through the years, Lola has led diverse teams, coached emerging and seasoned leaders, and walked alongside individuals navigating life’s most important transitions.
